Service Plus is a monthly service plan. We turn our attention to your concerns and needs when it makes the most sense for you, which is typically right away. You don't know your projector isn't working correctly until you want to use it for a family party. A service plus customer would have that projector inspected BEFORE the party with time to act in the case of malfunction. As the company that tracks it, the techs who install and document it, or the programmer that connected it all together we have the ability to resolve your issues fast.
